Dear Friends and Family,

Praise God from whom all blessings flow
Praise him all creatures here below
Praise him above ye heavenly hosts
Praise father, son, and holy ghost

There is so much to be thankful for:

My very good friends Lukas and Mandy Sydo came for a visit. Mandy is the executive director of Welcome Home Ministries, Africa. They brought 19 bags filled with wonderful things for the home. It was so good to spend a week of fellowship with them. They also blessed me with new computer which was needed since my old one started breaking down.

Our children are growing so fast. Looking at them, it is hard to believe they live in an orphanage. They are so happy. In spite of the occasional quarrels, they get along well together. I think adults could learn a lesson from them.

What do you do on rainy days with over 50 children?... Dance!

It is not cultural in Uganda for parents to play with or spend time with children. Our “Moms” truly love the children and are learning day by day how to interact and play with them.

Our older children help the younger ones in many ways. Elizabeth is helping to teach the days of the week. (We have a full-time professional teacher who does a wonderful job especially during the Covid lockdown.)

Through a special grant designated for Lwanbogo village, we witnessed the beginning stages of a much needed medical clinic.

I am busy working training Victor our English teacher, helping where needed at Welcome Home, and I’ve started a Bible study for a few young people in my church who requested one.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support for my ministry in East Africa. You mean so much to me. Send an email and let me know how you are doing.
