On my daily walk to Welcome Home (Good Friday)

Well, walking to Welcome Home today (normally a 20 minute walk), I:

·         saw men butcher a cow who died from eating too much plastic,

·         visited and tried to comfort the mother cow crying for her baby

·         saw a crocodile

·         met with Samuel (from a distance) who is sharing Christ with his Muslim friends. He is excited about the Luganda Bible I downloaded on his phone which also has an audio version. He is very excited about this since his reading is poor.

·         I chatted a bit with the guards at the Hindu temple (from a distance).

·         watched the Maribu storks in their nests high in the trees.

·         met my fisherman friend (from a distance) who showed me a good place to have my private Easter service overlooking Lake Victoria (5 minute walk from my house)
