China: Seasons at YuanMingYuan

11/26/13: Today at YuanMingYuan (the old summer palace), God gave me a metaphor. The seasons are transitioning from fall to winter and the wind was blowing the leaves on the ground into the lake which was beginning to freeze. This resulted in dirt and sand being blown around and sometimes in my face. When the wind stopped, I saw all kinds of artifacts from the old Summer Palace I had never seen before. They had been previously buried but now exposed by the wind.

God was showing me that this is what He is doing in my life. The wind is the Holy Spirit, the leaves represent the dirt in my life, my memories and the old poisonous thoughts and habits. The artifacts represent the image of Christ in me. The Holy Spirit is blowing through my heart. As He does he clears away all the garbage which causes pain and confusion (represented by the dirt and sand). It must be stirred in order to be cleared. As all this garbage is blown away, I will see the image of Christ in me.
His image is already there. I am everything Scripture says I am (I became this when I was born again), but I haven’t been able to see His image in me because of all the garbage that has been there.
