Half Dome-Jesus is my Rock

8/7/1993: While at Yosemite with my sister and her family, it was the last day of a five day vacation. I was listening to Petra's new album "Beyond Belief". As I listened to the song "I am on the rock", the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart and said, "Turn around". When I did I saw Half Dome. It was pure gold. The setting sun had hit it in such a way that it glowed in gold. I was reminded that Jesus is my rock and He is able to get me through anything that comes my way.
